NYSIF has recently announced significant enhancements to its online Premium Audit Scheduling System (PASS). PASS will now give policyholders and their representatives the opportunity to schedule an initial audit appointment at a location, date, and time that is convenient for them.

At the end of an audit period, a letter will be mailed to the policyholder or designated audit contact with an assigned audit number. Using this audit number and the policyholder number, the customer can visit https://www.nysif.com/padonline/, select an appointment date and time, and choose the appropriate audit location.

If the policyholder chooses to wait for the initial appointment letter, NYSIF will schedule a date and time for the audit. If that date, time, or location is not convenient, the policyholder can access PASS and reschedule the audit.

NYSIF has also made PASS available to employers and representatives with cancelled policies to make it easier for NYSIF to accurately bill final premium, allowing employers to budget accordingly.
