Ian Smith, University of Buffalo – Business Management (Sponsored by Town of Lockport)

Nicholas Mills, University of New Haven – Criminal Justice/Fire Science (Sponsored by Village of Elmsford)

Andrew Taylor, Penn State – Criminology (Sponsored by Elsmere FD)

The winners each receive an award of $2,500 to be applied towards a course concentration in a Public Services related field at an accredited 2-4 year college or university of their choice.
